Friendly welcoming and helpful staff. Spacious apartment perfectly suited for a seven night stay with lift or stairs access. Location exceptional; 500 metres from Salamanca and a view of Mt Wellington. Excellent bathroom facilities with toiletries replenished daily. Very efficient hot plates and plentiful cooking utensils. Strong wifi and television reception. Very small balcony; window with capacity to enable fresh air into apartment. Good heating with easy adjustment. Easy parking on site. Laundry with large washing machine, driers and detergent; easy credit card payment.

The hotel apartment was lovely - it had everything I needed for my stay. The full kitchen was perfect for a longer stay, and the room was kept very clean with housekeeping each day. Everything was very comfortable and well maintained. Though I was traveling solo, the space would be big enough for a few people, with a couple sofas and a little private terrace to relax. The laundry room on the ground floor was very convenient as well. It is inexpensive and you can pay by card. Free private parking is available to guests. The reception staff were very kind and welcoming too.

Location was excellent, walking distance to Salamanca Markets. Close to other shops and the best bit, Liquorland right next door! The apartment was modern and very clean. Had everything we needed for our short stay. Ladies at reception were very friendly. The views from all of the rooms were fantastic.

Stayed 3 nights at St Ives apts. Welcoming staff, decent hotel style room with well equipped kitchenette and a balcony. Distant views towards the city. Very clean and comfortable. Location - off Sandy Bay Rd, pleasant 10 minutes walk through Battery Point to Salamanca, few minutes more to the waterfront. Appreciated being able to park the car outside our room and walk everywhere all weekend. Only small downside was a bit of noise from others in the carparks and noise from adjoining rooms using showers/water/flushing loos etc, sounded like it was in our room! But that was only minor. Overall great value and pleasant, we would stay again.

The staff are always friendly. The rooms are so comfortable & very clean. Beds are always comfortable to our liking. Handy to everything. Restaurants are so close. You have off street parking for your car. This is our 2nd stay & we would stay again.

Location is perfect for walking around battery point and to Salamanca ect. Staff were wonderful in letting us check in hours earlier. Staff were very friendly. This apartment was split level with stairs up to the bedrooms and bathroom. Very roomy for four people. Rooms cleaned every day. Great views from the balcony and bedrooms on the top floor. They let us keep our car in the car park after we checked out for us to walk around battery point. Perfect place to stay.

It was nice to have a little kitchenette for the 6 night stay and the space we had.. the cleaners did a great job of keeping our apartment clean and were very friendly when we saw them in the hallway

Absolutely beautiful room, well laid out with all the ammenities you’d need. Very comfortable room with plenty of room to spread out. Staff were exceptional and extremely helpful in all areas like restocking of supplies and information about local tours etc. In perfect walking distance from Salamanca Markets and the centre of the city.

Great location - about 10 mins walk downhill to Salamanca Place and on periphery of Battery Point. 10 mins walk to Sandy Bay for 2 supermarkets, many restaurants and take-aways. Washing and drying facilities (AUD 6 per cycle when we stayed). Good base for a weeks stay in Hobart. (PS Liquorland next door with a good selection of Australian wine and beer). Free parking. Spacious and clean. Quiet. Daily room service. If you get the 'Sky Bus' from the airport to Brookes Pier its about a 10-15 min walk to the hotel.
